About Us

We are a family own business. Our family has been in the sushi business since 1991. The technique of caring for the fish and making sushi has been taught from father to son for about 30 plus years. Our style of sushi and Japanese food is a mixture of traditional and modern styles. The founder, our father, was taught to make sushi and cuisine from chefs from Korea and Japan. Our current chef is the oldest son out of two. He had served in the United States Army Forces for 6 years before returning to continue working as our sushi chef. He had experiences from different sushi restaurants from Memphis, Tennessee; Olive Branch, Mississippi; to different ones here in Washington from Woodinville to Everett. Our current chef is the kitchen is the youngest of the two sons. He also served in the United States Army Forces for about 4 years. He had experiences from different ramen shops and kitchen work from different restaurants from Lynnwood to near SouthCenter Mall in Tacoma. Both chefs had been taught by our father since they were about 3 to 5 years of age. The chefs use what they had learned from our father and from all of their experiences from different restaurants to bring you a hybrid style of Japanese food, a mixture of traditional's roots and modern's flare. We do hope you will enjoy our food as much as we enjoy making it for you.
